Branch Manager — Rigging, Fabrication & Sales

The Branch Manager role is onsite in Fort Wayne, IN. Compensation is $75,000–$100,000 per year. The role oversees Bishop Lifting Products’ Fort Wayne branch, focused on rigging, fabrication, and inside and outside sales. The position exists to lead branch operations and teams, meet business goals, and deliver safe, efficient service and customer satisfaction. It contributes through operational oversight, financial management, customer relationships, and staff development.

What you'll do

• Oversee onsite personnel, safety, facility readiness, inventory, payables, collections, purchasing, and order preparation
• develop and execute branch plans
• manage labor, revenue, profit margins, and KPI performance
• improve processes
• review orders and coordinate delivery commitments
• meet with key customers and resolve concerns
• lead branch management meetings
• maintain facility safety and training
• hire, coach, and develop staff.
