• Support the store manager with daily operations and run the shop in the manager’s absence
• plan shifts and position team members to meet goals
• open and close the store using checklists
• handle and reconcile cash
• maintain a clean and safe workplace
• communicate with and coach team members
• monitor performance
• adapt to changes
• and help ensure consistent customer service and product standards.
