What you'll do

• Set up kitchen stations
• prepare food items for assigned stations and, at times, special events or other stations
• follow food safety procedures, recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• maintain safe working conditions and station equipment
• restock items
• organize produce delivery
• complete nightly inventory
• provide fast, accurate service and positive guest relations.
