What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• package, weigh, label, price, and stock fresh meat
• maintain display cases
• rotate inventory using FIFO
• monitor product quality and freshness
• assist with basic meat preparation as trained and permitted
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• clean equipment and work surfaces
• receive and stock deliveries
• complete opening and closing tasks
• support meat cutters and coworkers.
