What you'll do

• Coordinate workflows for existing and newly onboarded specialty pharmacy accounts
• support intake, benefits investigation, and prior authorization follow-up
• monitor work and operational handoffs
• identify workflow risks and escalate issues with recommended solutions
• track and report KPIs
• maintain dashboards and reporting tools
• support strategic initiatives and workflow technology changes
• coordinate communication across pharmacy operations, intake, reimbursement, nursing, clinical, and distribution teams
• support audit preparation and maintain SOPs and reference materials.
