What you'll do

• Manage daily facility operations and implement governing-body policies
• monitor compliance, facility condition, and resources
• maintain committees and the QAPI plan
• complete and update the facility assessment
• recruit, retain, and train staff
• contribute to and monitor the operating budget
• prioritize capital improvements
• support census goals
• communicate with residents and families and address grievances
• work with clinical staff on resident care plans
• oversee billing and collections
• prepare governing-body reports
• represent the facility with agencies and payers
• develop plans of correction
• and complete required CMS reporting.
