What you'll do

• Manage culinary programs, systems, routines, and standard operating procedures
• oversee kitchen operations and food production
• recruit, train, mentor, and motivate kitchen associates
• support research and development initiatives, ordering, and inventory
• maintain equipment and facilities
• contribute to revenue and expense forecasts
• manage food and labor costs against forecasts
• support daily service readiness.
