Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is an onsite, full-time role in Olathe, KS. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour. The position supports LoanMax Title Loans customers and prospective borrowers with loan products, vehicle evaluations, accounts, and payments. The representative provides service in person and by phone, explains loan terms and payment options, processes applications and payments, and maintains accurate records. The role contributes to customer service and compliance by communicating clearly and following company policies and applicable laws.
