- answer phone inquiries and manage phone orders
- pick billed parts accurately
- track and process online orders through OEC and SimplePart
- respond to service estimate requests through XTime
- put away stock and organize shelves
- conduct inventory counts and cycle checks
- coordinate deliveries
- collect and reconcile wholesale account payments
- protect customer information
- maintain an organized workstation
- communicate order handoffs and backorders.
