What you'll do

• Support Procore and Project Services system setup
• compile meeting notes and action items
• assist with subcontractor and vendor outreach and procurement tracking
• prepare kickoff summaries and risk logs
• maintain budget, procurement, submittal, RFI, schedule, and BIM/VDC trackers
• support change management documentation
• coordinate milestone updates
• prepare draft reports
• assemble closeout records
• track warranty issues
• organize archives
• and assist with final cost reconciliation.
