What you'll do

• Support concierge operations
• follow Peninsula and Forbes standards
• communicate with hotel departments to create a guest-centered experience
• provide information about city and hotel attractions
• assist guests with restaurant reservations, ticket procurement, and shipping
• ensure efficient handovers.
