General Maintenance Technician II, Part-Time

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair doors, cabinetry, and millwork
• maintain pools and surrounding areas
• replace bulbs and occasionally fixtures or ballasts
• perform painting and roofing
• perform other job-related duties as assigned.
