Residential Life Coordinator

Job overview

The Residential Life Coordinator role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with a full-time schedule of 3 p.m.–11 p.m., five days a week, Thursday–Monday; the schedule may change to meet organizational needs. Compensation is $25–$26 per hour. Harvest Home provides housing, support, and programs for homeless pregnant women and their children.

What you'll do

• Maintain a supportive, structured, and safe communal home
• coordinate household schedules, chores, meals, classes, and activities
• support residents’ program goals and life skills
• communicate with residents and visiting teachers and volunteers
• facilitate weekly house meetings
• document behavior and interventions
• support move-ins and orientation
• maintain household operations and supplies
• purchase groceries
• and assist with resident transportation.
