What you'll do

• Meet and tour leasing prospects

• respond to online rental inquiries
• understand leasing trends, traffic, and availability
• maintain models and tour routes
• close leasing opportunities
• maintain lead records in Resman and Knock
• follow up with prospects
• manage the waitlist
• conduct screening
• prepare lease and move-in paperwork
• collect move-in funds and fees
• support community customer service.
