What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on residential HVAC equipment
• replace filters, belts, capacitors, contactors, and thermostats as directed
• clean coils and condensate drain lines
• inspect systems and report deficiencies
• assist with diagnosing and repairing equipment
• perform seasonal inspections and routine service
• maintain work orders and records
• follow safety standards
• keep the work area and company vehicle organized
• provide customer service to residents
• participate in after-hours emergency calls as assigned after training.
