What you'll do

• Provide nutrition assessments for admissions, quarterly and annual reviews, tube feedings, and significant changes.
• Provide nutrition education, create and update care plans, complete MDS for Section K, and perform nutrition-focused physical exams.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during clinical meetings and conduct kitchen inspections.
