Service Center Accountant — Power & Industrial Services

Job overview

The Service Center Accountant role is onsite in Graham, North Carolina, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. Pureflow designs, builds, installs, and maintains high-purity water purification systems for commercial and industrial markets. The accountant manages financial activity for the Power & Industrial Services team, supporting accurate contract and project accounting, profitability analysis, collections, and reporting. The role also improves processes and tracks performance metrics to support service-center operations.

What you'll do

• Manage invoicing, pricing, and profitability analysis for contracts, service projects, and sales orders
• audit customer maintenance contracts and renewal pricing
• oversee collections, financial tracking, and reporting
• collaborate on inventory reconciliation and process optimization
• reconcile quoted and actual service technician hours
• assist with quotations and margin tracking
• prepare and deliver weekly and monthly presentations
• establish and track KPIs.
