The Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Home Manager role is onsite in Oberlin, OH; compensation is not specified. The Home Manager supports the QIDP in daily facility operations and leads Direct Support Professionals in delivering consistent, person-centered services and active treatment. The role helps maintain staffing coverage, health and safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting residents’ independence and goals.

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and support DSPs
• prepare and adjust staff schedules
• support onboarding, training, and performance feedback
• promote a structured, person-centered home environment
• monitor health, safety, documentation, and compliance
• assist with household resources, individual funds, and daily operations
• communicate with families and service partners
• provide direct support during staffing shortages or emergencies.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and at least one year of I/DD or related experience required. CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required within 30 days; valid driver's license and commitment to the ministry's Christian mission required.
