What you'll do

• Lead Parts and Service Managers and the Sales Department
• oversee daily store operations
• recruit, mentor, and develop employees
• monitor performance metrics and implement corrective plans
• grow sales and market penetration
• strengthen service and parts operations
• manage dealership P&L, budgets, forecasts, receivables, and financial metrics
• maintain customer and vendor relationships
• ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
