Aircraft Subsystems Engineering Lead

The lead guides end-to-end aircraft systems development, from requirements and architecture through technical integration across subsystems. The role provides technical oversight and mentorship, manages engineering deliverables, and drives design and analysis from concept through production and first flight.

What you'll do

• Apply technical knowledge to aircraft systems design from concept through first flight
• lead and oversee the Kona systems design team
• assign work, set priorities, and mentor engineers
• collaborate with executive leadership
• manage deliverables and corrective actions
• lead and contribute to design and analysis across propulsion, fuel, electrical, avionics, and flight controls.
