Warehouse Team Lead

The Warehouse Team Lead role is onsite at the distribution center in Rogers, MN. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7:30 PM Central, with overtime as business needs require. Pay is $22–$27 per hour. The role supports warehouse operations at STERIS’s Rogers distribution center. The lead guides Material Handlers and Drivers, balances work across assignments, troubleshoots issues, and coordinates product flow. The role also supports training, safety, cycle counting, and daily warehouse execution to maintain timely and accurate operations.

What you'll do

• Balance staff assignments throughout the shift
• serve as a contact for other functional groups
• lead troubleshooting
• assist with staff assessments, assignments, training plans, and projects
• support improvement strategies
• coordinate cycle counting
• promote a safe work environment
• participate in daily shop-floor execution
• coordinate product transactions, storage, labeling, movement, packaging, shipment, and returns.
