What you'll do

• Provide oversight and direction for wire harness manufacturing and installation
• fabricate and install harnesses on final product assemblies
• monitor department operations
• maintain quality, process, and procedure documents
• process work orders
• manage tool and equipment requirements
• test and verify final products
• support product certification
• maintain safety and housekeeping standards
• meet target hours and schedules.
