What you'll do

• Lead the commissioning team
• develop preliminary and final construction commissioning plans
• review contractor submittals, performance expectations, and operation and maintenance manuals
• develop test checklists and report forms
• witness and document startup and functional performance tests
• manage an issues log
• conduct coordination and testing meetings
• compile the systems manual and final commissioning report
• and certify commissioning-related substantial completion.
