What you'll do

• Manage multiple affordable housing development projects from underwriting through closing, stabilization, and 8609s
• mentor junior staff
• prepare and present investment materials
• compile financial, market, site, and regulatory due diligence
• manage project pro formas, budgets, schedules, and underwriting assumptions
• prepare financing and subsidy documentation
• support contract negotiation and legal-document review
• analyze partnership agreements and cash-flow waterfalls
• coordinate teams and consultants through conceptual design and entitlements
• lead pre-development work involving engineering, zoning, local government, and community support
• support executive leadership.
