Service Coordinator

What you'll do

• Schedule and coordinate service work based on customer needs, technician availability, and shop priorities
• track open work orders and follow up
• communicate appointments, repair updates, estimates, and timelines to customers
• coordinate with technicians, Parts, and Service leadership
• prepare estimates and obtain approvals
• process completed work orders
• review work orders and assist with invoicing
• follow up on parts delays and outstanding repairs
• maintain service records and system information.
