Asset Manager

Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 per year. The Asset Manager role is an onsite position based at the Home Office in Baltimore, MD. This role exists to oversee the portfolio of communities by partnering with operations to drive financial performance, identify trends, and manage risk. The manager serves as the primary point of contact for equity partners and develops strategies to optimize performance through financial analysis and benchmarking.

What you'll do

• Partner with Regional Operators to drive occupancy and margin improvement.
• Lead monthly financial review and variance reporting.
• Identify key drivers of community performance and risks.
• Execute revenue management and expense control strategies.
• Support capital planning and ROI analysis.
• Prepare reporting packages for equity partners.
