What you'll do

• Develop and implement annual admissions and recruitment plans
• manage enrollment targets and waitlists
• build community relationships and coordinate outreach events
• supervise applications, documentation, and enrollment data
• administer compliant lotteries and waitlists
• lead re-enrollment and retention activities
• prepare family communications in English and Spanish
• maintain enrollment dashboards and report trends
• coordinate onboarding, records, health documentation, and orientations
• collaborate with school leaders and attend recruitment and community events as needed.
