What you'll do

• Prepare and enter accounts payable invoices daily
• reconcile invoices to purchase orders and work with sales and inventory teams to investigate variances
• track due dates and take available discounts
• run weekly accounts payable checks and ACH deposits
• file invoices
• resolve vendor inquiries
• verify loads and related invoices
• reconcile product returns against truck unloading reports
• resolve customer questions about billed invoices
• process billing adjustments.
