Event Security Team Lead

What you'll do

• Direct and support assigned security officers
• provide pre-shift instructions
• confirm staffing coverage
• observe officer performance and provide direction
• help manage access control and credential checks
• monitor crowd activity and respond to incidents or emergencies
• coordinate with venue representatives, organizers, responders, and company leadership
• conduct walkthroughs
• keep dispatch and management informed
• prepare shift summaries and incident reports
• support end-of-event procedures and escalate operational concerns.
