Substance Use Disorder Integrative Group Facilitator

Job overview

The Substance Use Disorder Integrative Group Facilitator role is remote, with sessions scheduled across at least three nights per week from 3:00–8:00 PM MST, Monday through Thursday; compensation is not specified. The facilitator supports Charlie Health’s virtual behavioral health programming. The role exists to deliver integrative group treatment using expressive, creative, contemplative, or experiential modalities. It contributes to personalized care by helping clients connect with difficult feelings, develop coping skills, and practice healthier responses through virtual group experiences.

What you'll do

• Facilitate weekly group treatment via telehealth
• develop creative approaches to virtual integrative groups
• deliver clinical services in accordance with recognized best practices
• use thoughtful risk management
• communicate with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
• complete accurate documentation promptly
• maintain professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.

Why this role
