What you'll do

• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire/life safety, security, and mechanical systems

• troubleshoot and repair equipment when appropriate
• maintain maintenance records
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• support compliance, energy-efficiency initiatives, capital improvements, tenant build-outs, and facility upgrades.
