Service Advisor is an onsite role in Cicero, IL. Pay is $20–$30 per hour. The advisor serves as the customer-facing link between customers and technicians, keeping repair work and status information organized. The role supports accurate estimates, service records, and billing while helping maintain customer service and branch operations.

• Handle customer questions and repair orders

• verify warranty and service contracts as needed
