What you'll do

• Assist with food preparation using recipes and production amounts
• prepare food promptly using batch cooking or cook-to-order methods as appropriate
• follow food safety practices and residents’ dietary requirements
• attend dining services meetings and training
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• follow food handling and storage procedures
• maintain temperature records.
