The Regional Nurse Educator role is based onsite in Paramus, NJ, and travels between North Jersey facilities during the week. The salary is $159,000–$170,000 per year. Family of Caring operates skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Bergen, Passaic, and Essex counties. The educator leads clinical training across the centers to support consistent nursing practice and survey readiness. The role partners with facility nursing leaders to identify skill gaps, deliver education, and support quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver clinical education and competency programs for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• conduct new-hire orientation and annual competency validation
• maintain training records
• partner with DONs and ADONs on skill gaps, quality trends, and performance improvement
• lead in-services on infection control, wound care, medication administration, documentation, and regulatory updates
• serve as a clinical resource during surveys and follow-up.

Why this role
