This 100% clinically based leadership role combines patient care with direction and development of therapy staff across four clinics. It supports quality care and clinic performance through clinical modeling, staff supervision, operational planning, and collaboration with corporate leadership.

What you'll do

• Provide patient evaluations and assessments, determine plans of care, supervise ancillary staff, and complete medical charting
• conduct lift/fit testing and job-function assessments
• support scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and education of therapy staff
• manage medical records, confidentiality, insurance authorizations, and filing
• conduct annual performance reviews
• work with corporate leadership on planning and business initiatives.
