What you'll do

• Assist individuals in developing independence skills and daily living activities
• advocate for individuals and foster healthy relationships
• communicate with guardians, parents, and support personnel
• administer and document medication
• transport individuals to medical appointments and document appointment information
• help build community support networks
• accompany individuals to social and recreational activities
• complete required documentation and training
• participate in IDT meetings as requested.
