What you'll do

• Own the client journey after onboarding
• support clients inside PhysioFunnels by building, troubleshooting, and helping implement solutions
• check in proactively and guide next steps
• identify client obstacles and take action
• build client relationships and communicate clearly
• collaborate with Account Managers, Ads Specialists, and Operations.
