What you'll do

• Lead store operations and supervise staff
• provide and model guest service
• support sales initiatives and guest loyalty programs
• recruit, train, schedule, and develop associates
• oversee POS transactions, payroll, inventory, merchandising, and Omni-Channel order fulfillment
• protect assets through inventory control and loss prevention
• reconcile daily transactions and deposits
• maintain store safety, records, and equipment.
