What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects
• record visits and maintain guest cards
• inspect model and market-ready units and report service needs
• conduct community and apartment tours
• assist with applications, deposits, and application processing
• follow up with applicants and prospects
• prepare move-in paperwork and orient new residents
• assist with renewals
• monitor advertising effectiveness and gather information about competing properties.
