What you'll do

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with apartment renovations and make-ready work
• respond to maintenance service requests
• perform general interior and exterior repairs, including drywall and painting
• operate power tools
• repair cabinets, countertops, doors, trim, and other wood structures
• install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage
• repair fences, gates, walls, and walkways
• assist with inventory controls
• participate in after-hours and emergency response.
