What you'll do

• Lead and perform mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire recovery tasks according to written scopes
• supervise jobsite production, quality, safety, and timelines
• manage company equipment, vehicles, and materials
• oversee crew performance and coach technicians
• assist with hiring and training
• document projects with photos, paperwork, and reporting software
• communicate with customers
• respond to emergency calls, including after-hours and weekends, on an on-call rotation
• coordinate inspections, permits, and walkthroughs
• ensure OSHA and PPE compliance
• obtain customer sign-offs and collect final payments.
