What you'll do

• Responsibilities vary by role: RNs assess clients, provide skilled nursing interventions, document, and collaborate with the care team
• LPNs provide direct nursing care under RN supervision
• CNAs record vital signs, weight, and intake/output and assist with mobility and range-of-motion exercises
• HHAs provide personal care and homemaking under RN supervision
• PCAs assist with daily living, companionship, meals, and light housekeeping
• CMAs administer and document medications under applicable rules.

Why this role
