IT Field Support Technician

What you'll do

• Provide break-fix support for designated equipment
• accept and complete assigned service calls
• perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs
• complete administrative tasks for each call
• control and return assets and inventory
• communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
• provide functional guidance to colleagues when needed.
