What you'll do

• Provide basic nursing assessments, client and family education, and diagnostic procedures
• consult with physicians and carry out orders
• administer medications
• conduct medical interviews and support treatment planning and referrals
• document care
• collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• travel to Horizon worksites and other service locations and transport clients as needed.
