Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Night Shift in Donaldson, MN. This is an onsite, full-time position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of service to seniors. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

What you'll do

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
