Property Supervisor

The Property Supervisor role is onsite at the CCS Basic Needs–Salt Lake campus in Salt Lake City, UT, with pay of $23.34–$26.16 per hour. Catholic Community Services’ Basic Needs–Salt Lake campus supports people experiencing homelessness and food insecurity. The supervisor leads the Property Team and maintains safe, sanitary, and functional campus buildings and grounds. The role coordinates maintenance, cleaning, supplies, and team coverage to support facility and meal-service needs and a welcoming environment.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coach Property Technicians
• assign and prioritize work
• manage schedules and coverage
• train staff on cleaning, equipment, and biohazard safety
• inspect buildings and grounds
• track and coordinate repairs
• manage supplies and equipment
• coordinate with program staff, volunteers, and vendors
• perform property duties as needed.
