What you'll do

• Greet and register patients
• travel to outpatient medical offices as needed
• obtain or verify insurance and patient information
• collect signatures and complete documentation
• collect and log co-pays and fees
• answer or transfer calls
• schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and confirm visits
• provide preparation and safety orientation and directions
• coordinate with back-office staff
• safeguard patient health information, medications, company property, and financial information
• maintain professional and respectful interactions.
