Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Greet prospects and conduct community tours
• follow up with leads and close leases
• meet leasing goals
• support marketing and outreach
• maintain knowledge of availability and pricing
• monitor market and competitor activity
• assist residents and retention efforts
• support administrative reporting, presentation-ready model units and tour paths, and renovation transitions. Occasional overtime may be required.
