What you'll do

• Lead long-range space strategy, lease events, renewals, site decisions, and broker relationships
• own the workplace services operating and capital budgets
• govern vendor contracts and service levels
• deliver tenant improvements and capital projects
• lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning and exercises
• partner with internal functions and business leaders
• develop and retain the team
• oversee company travel policy and program performance
• support consistent employee experience across office locations.
