HVAC Service Technician — North Winchester

The HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Winchester, VA. Compensation is $22–$38 per hour, with the tier determined by experience, technical knowledge, capabilities, and skill level. Blauch Brothers provides training, tools, and team support to help technicians grow from residential service into commercial HVAC work. The technician services HVAC equipment and develops experience with larger commercial systems. The role supports reliable customer service while building technical capability across chillers, commercial heating, air handlers, temperature controls, heat pumps, and packaged units.

What you'll do

• Work with air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, commercial gas and electric heating systems, VAV systems, commercial air handlers, digital temperature controls, water-source heat pumps, and packaged units up to 100 tons.
• Use provided training, tools, and mentorship to develop commercial HVAC skills.
• Travel locally to job sites and may mentor apprentices as skills develop.

Why this role

Residential HVAC service or maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are sought. Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card are a plus, and the employer says it will help employees obtain them. Schedule is four 10-hour days, with a four-day weekend every other week, day shift, an on-call rotation about every eight weeks, overtime as needed, and weekend availability when required.
